Bob Benson

Bob Benson was born and raised in South Florida. A rare “Florida Native”. After graduating high school he went to Emory University in Atlanta where he graduated with a BBA, with a major in Accounting / Finance in 1982. He served as a CPA with regional firms including Jones and Kolb specializing in Real Estate Investment Trusts and Limited Partnerships. He earned his CPA certificate in Georgia in 1984.
He was hired into the Real Estate community as a comptroller for a local Atlanta Developer and quickly realized Real Estate was his chosen career path. He relocated to South Florida in 1991 and worked as a corporate financial officer before beginning Real Estate sales full time in 2000. He has since excelled in both commercial and residential sales.
Bob is a dedicated gardener, and an avid water skier, and sports fan. He enjoys the wonderful outdoor life that Florida living offers and he spends his spare time enjoying sports both participating and as a sports fan.

Pablo Martin

Pablo Martin is a native of Caracas, Venezuela. He arrived in the United States (South Florida) in 1996 after completing a Business Administration degree at Caracas University (Universidad de Simon Rodriguez) in 1985. After University, Pablo worked for the Gillette Corporation in Caracas for 6 years. He brings a wealth of business experience and customer service experience to his real estate career.
When he moved to South Florida, he joined his colleagues in owning and managing a successful Miami bakery before beginning his real estate sales career. In owning a business, he learned how to be organized, detail oriented and most of all “customer service oriented”.
“The key to our success was always anticipating what the customer needed, before they asked. “ He developed a steady corporate customer base as well as retail customers, Pablo recently noted.
Pablo serves both English and Spanish speaking clientele. He visits his family home of Caracas often, where he recently celebrated his mothers 80th birthday with his 7 other siblings.
“When my extended family gets together for holidays, we have a big party just with family members!”
He enjoys watching his nephews, nieces and cousins grow up. Pablo has two sisters who also now reside in South Florida with their families.
Pablo enjoys sports, real estate investing and cooking. His friends often look forward to parties where Pablo prepares incredible meals and delicious baked goods cooked “all from scratch”.

About Richard

Richard entered the world of real estate after numerous years in the corporate world. This extensive experience with leading global companies such as Citicorp, The Hertz Corporation and United Parcel Service (UPS) has allowed Richard to develop his outstanding work ethic and determination. He is the ultimate professional with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Richard hails from the island of Jamaica and has lived in the South Florida area since 1983. He attended Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with an MBA. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing tennis and soccer. He also enjoys working out.
